CANCELLATION POLICY

DEPOSIT IS $25 NON REFUNDABLE This deposit will go towards your appointment. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to receive proper consultation. No children or extra guests will be accommodated or allowed in the establishment. For client privacy, please remain in your vehicle until informed via text/call to enter. There is a 15 minute max grace policy for tardiness. Please be advised that this can interfere with consultation time. Unless pior and approved notification, appointment will be canceled after the grace period has ended. Please allow at least a 24 hour notice prior to appointment to cancel or request a reschedule. If a forced cancellation occurs, the booking charge will not be refunded, and client will go on notice as a ‘no call, no show’. Future services may be denied.
